The Millpond Method
You don’t need another complicated system. You need a simple way to decide what deserves your attention, what can wait, and what you can finally let go.
The Millpond Method is built around five guiding principles:

Make the Ripple
Take the next meaningful step. Small, intentional actions create change far beyond the moment.

Release the Rest
Let go of what isn’t yours, isn’t necessary, or simply doesn’t need your attention right now.

"Maybe you’re not disorganized.
Maybe you’re carrying too much."
For a long time, I thought being capable meant being available.
If I could handle it, I did. If someone needed something, I figured it out. I kept the lists, remembered the details, answered the messages, solved the problems, and somehow kept moving.
And I was good at it.
But being good at carrying a lot doesn’t mean you’re meant to carry everything.
The Millpond Method grew from my own need for a different way to work and live — one that still leaves room for ambition, creativity, family, meaningful work, and helping other people, without feeling like every request deserves immediate access to my time and energy.
This isn’t about becoming less caring, less driven, or less productive.
It’s about creating enough space to decide what actually matters.
Being good at carrying a lot doesn’t mean you’re meant to carry everything.
The goal isn’t to fit more into your life. It’s to create clarity around what matters, make space for it, and release the rest.
